For HHCU – It must break your hearts to have to walk away without being allowed to give even water to these poor animals. The red tape involved is horrendous when animals are dying not a meter away from those can help.

To be honest, most horse owners are not actively abusive, just not aware of the effects of their “abuse”. Some re-education required, otherwise this will just carry on regardless.
